Amy exceeded all of our expectations on the recent search for our new home. We contacted Amy about a week before our quick Labor Day weekend trip to Bullhead City. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Amy arranged for us to see all of the houses that fell within our specifications. The house we selected was for sale by an owner who initially was reluctant to work with buyers represented by a realtor. Amy communicated with the owner and wrote up terms with which the owner felt comfortable AND the offer was lower than the buyer was asking!
